Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Aarohi Tours and Travels, we offer custom holiday packages, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing tours, events, and more in partnership with trusted service providers. Since we rely on these partners, we follow their rules and policies. But we always do our best to reduce your losses in case you need to cancel.
For Private Tours
Cancel 30 days or more before the trip: Full refund, minus ₹1,000 per person as service charges.
Cancel 15 to 29 days before the trip: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
Cancel 7 to 14 days before the trip: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
Cancel less than 7 days before the trip or don’t show up: No refund.
For Group Tours
Cancel 30 days or more before the trip: 15% of the total cost will be charged.
Cancel 15 to 29 days before the trip: 50% will be charged.
Cancel 7 to 14 days before the trip: 75% will be charged.
Cancel less than 7 days or don’t show up: No refund.
For Hotel & Resort Bookings
📝 Some hotels have strict no-refund policies. Please check with us before booking.
Cancel 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund, minus ₹500 service fee.
Cancel 15 to 29 days before: 25% of booking cost will be charged.
Cancel 7 to 14 days before: 50% will be charged.
Cancel less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
For Sightseeing & Activities
Cancel 15 days or more before the date: Full refund, minus ₹250 per person as service charges.
Cancel 7 to 14 days before: 15% will be charged.
Cancel 2 to 6 days before: 25% will be charged.
Cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up: No refund.
Important Notes
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing or by email from the email ID used during booking. Send to our staff or email: info@aarohitoursandtravels.com
Refunds are processed within 10 working days using the same payment method. No interest will be paid on refunds.
If you cancel services that are not part of your booked package, we are not responsible for any extra costs you may face.
If you choose to skip or leave a part of your trip, no refund will be given for the unused portion.
If any guest misbehaves or does not follow group rules, we may cancel their booking without any refund.
If we don’t receive full payment on time, we may cancel your booking as per our cancellation rules.
About Delays, Cancellations & Emergencies
We are not responsible if your flight, train, or transport is delayed or cancelled, unless it was booked by us as part of your package.
We are also not liable for trip cancellations or extra costs due to weather issues, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events.
If part of your tour is missed or changed due to such reasons, we’ll do our best to make other arrangements. But no refunds will be given in these cases.
