• If the ride is cancelled due to uncertain conditions such as bad weather, you will receive a full refund.

• If the reservation is cancelled from your end, the amount paid will be non-refundable.

• Already made a reservation but can’t make it? You can postpone the ride to another date, but only within 2 to 3 days of your original booking.
