Aarohi Tours and Travels grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. (c) contains viruses or harmful software,
(d) is intended to collude unlawfully or restrict trade or competition.

Payments

Refunds
Aarohi Tours and Travels reserves the right to determine the refund amount for cancellations or changes. The final refund value will be decided by Mountain Edge Business Services and will be made to the client or, if booked through a travel agent, to the agent’s account.
Refund processing may take up to 7 days. No refunds will be given for unused services unless otherwise specified. Cancellation and amendment charges will follow the policies of service providers, which are beyond our control.
Governing Policy
All disputes are subject to Indian laws and shall be resolved in Mumbai, India. Any unresolved disputes after 30 days of good faith negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mumbai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all legal proceedings.
Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that violation of these terms will cause irreparable harm to Aarohi Tours and Travels. We are entitled to seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, including reasonable legal fees, without the requirement of posting a bond.
Termination
Aarohi Tours and Travels may terminate access to the site or any services at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or breach of terms. All rights granted under this agreement will revert to Aarohi Tours and Travels upon termination.
